Guest Rooms

QCan I use the internet in my room?
AYes. The entire hotel is equipped with wireless LAN. There is no charge to connect to the internet using Wi-Fi.
QIs it possible to use USB chargers?
AYes. The hotel is fully equipped with USB sockets.
QCan I smoke in my guest room?
ANo. The entire facility is non-smoking. You can smoke in the designated space outside of the building.
QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
ACheck-in is at 15:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.
QCan I check out late?
AYes, but there will be an extra charge. The charge is 1000 yen per hour until 17:00, and one full night’s rate for rooms used past 17:00.
QCan I check in early?
AIf you would like to check in before 15:00, we will hold the room for you beginning the previous day, which means you will be charged for an additional night.
QDo you have children’s rates?
AChildren age 7 and up are charged the same rate as adults. Children age 6 and under stay at the adult rate as well, provided they will be using a bed or futon of their own, not sleeping with an adult guest.
QIf my child sleeps in my bed, will they still be charged?
AThere is no charge for children age 6 and under if they will be sleeping with an adult guest. However, the number of children allowed is one per Studio room, and two per Loft or Suite room.
QIs it possible to use wheelchairs in the hotel?
AYes. We have a barrier-free room (28 sq m/300 sq ft.)
QAre there refrigerators in the guest rooms?
AYes. Every room is equipped with an empty refrigerator.
Q Are there rooms where my pet can stay with me?
AWe ask that you refrain from bringing pets.
QWhat TV programs are available?
AYou can view digital and BS digital broadcasts. All guest rooms are equipped with “Chromecast”, a streaming media adapter that allows you to play online content in your mobile device on TV.
QAre there phones or mobile terminals in the guest rooms?
AThere are “handy” mobile operating system smartphones available. They allow you to use social networking services and other applications with your own ID. They may also be taken out of the hotel with you during your stay. The phones are able to call anywhere in Japan and ten countries worldwide, free of charge.
QCan I use my credit card?
AYes. We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club and UnionPay cards.


QHow do I get to the hotel from Narita Airport?
AIf you’re coming by train, it’s approximately 58 minutes to Oshiage Station on the Keisei Sky Access (1,184 yen as of October 2019.) The hotel is about a three-minute walk from Oshiage Station.
If you’re using the airport shuttle, disembark at the Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo stop. From there, it’s about ten minutes by taxi. (As of October 2019, the shuttle is 2,900 yen, and taxis are approximately 1,000 yen.)
QHow do I get to the hotel from Haneda Airport?
AIf you’re coming by train, it’s approximately 38 minutes to Oshiage Station on the Keikyu Limited Express (520 yen as of October 2019.) The hotel is about a three-minute walk from Oshiage Station.
If you’re using a bus “Tobu Skytree Shuttle®”, disembark at Tokyo Skytree Town®, the last stop. From there, it’s about three minutes by walk. (As of October 2019, the shuttle is 940 yen.)
QIs there a parking lot available?
AWe have a parking lot for disabled guests. Please make advance reservations.
QDo you have a parking lot for bicycles?
AThere are six free parking spots for bicycles available on a first-come, first-served basis. We don’t have parking facilities for motorcycles.


QWhat equipment can I borrow for free?
AThe following items are available, but the numbers are limited:
Electrical appliances: Air cleaner and humidifiers, trouser presses, DVD players, irons, extension cords
Bedding: Baby beds, bed guard rails, Pyjamas, Bathrobe
Amenities: Nail clippers, sewing sets
QCan I store my luggage at the hotel before I check in or after I check out?
AWe can hold your luggage for you on the day you arrive and the day of your departure. After you leave, we are able to hold your luggage if you have a reservation for your second stay.
QI’d like to have my luggage delivered to the hotel in advance. How can I do that?
APlease write the date you are scheduled to arrive and your name in the “notes” space on your delivery form before sending it to the hotel.
QCan I ship my luggage from the hotel?
AYes, we can ship your luggage via delivery service.
QDo you have laundry and/or dry-cleaning services?
AYes. The items that are received by 10 am will be returned by 6 pm on that day. All of the laundry services and dry-cleaning services are not available on weekends and during year-end period.
QIs there a laundromat inside the hotel?
ANo. Please use the laundry service.
Q Is there a shop inside the hotel?
ANo. There are supermarkets and convenience stores one minute from the hotel on foot.

The Hotel Neighborhood

QIs there a convenience store nearby?
AYes, a one-minute walk from the hotel.
QIs there a place where I can exchange money nearby?
AWorld Currency Shop Tokyo Skytree Town, Soramachi Branch is approximately eight minutes away on foot. They are open from 12:00 to 17:00. Additionally, at the Seven Bank ATM located two minutes away on foot, you can use your credit card to make withdrawals in Japanese yen.
QIs there a hospital nearby?
AYes. Please ask at the front desk.
